Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To start a return, email support@shopnovu.store with your order number and reason for return — we'll confirm within 1–2 business days and provide instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees apply. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@shopnovu.store with a photo — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We don't offer direct exchanges; return your item for a refund and place a new order. Certain items such as personalized products and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.
